You may install and use this application free of charge for personal, educational,
or business purposes. You may share the complete, unmodified installer
at no charge, retaining this license, third-party notices, and included source
archives. Other rights in the original application code are reserved.

Third-party software is governed by its own licenses, listed in NOTICE.md. Nothing
in this application license limits rights granted by those licenses, including
rights to use, modify, redistribute, or obtain source for MPL-covered alphaTab.
The original synthetic practice bank and its generator are separately MIT licensed.

Use scores, recordings, and other materials only where you have the necessary
rights or permission. This application provides no rights to third-party music.
The included First light exercise is original to this application. No commercial
song library or proprietary Guitar Pro sound bank is included.

Optional support payments do not purchase a license, feature, service, priority
support, or commitment to future development. Features remain available without
payment. Ko-fi and its payment providers have their own terms. The project is not
represented as a registered charity; no charitable tax deduction is promised.

The application is provided AS IS, without warranties, including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or noninfringement,
to the extent permitted by applicable law. To that same extent, the author is not
liable for losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the application.
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow
to be excluded. No guaranteed learning, transcription, tuning, or hardware result
is promised. Use comfortable hand positions and appropriate listening levels.
